ON CAMPUS RESOURCES
COUNSELING AND PSYCH SERVICES
To make an appointment with UA Counseling and Psych Services (CAPS), call (520) 621-3334 Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, or go to the third floor of Campus Health at Highland Commons (near 6th and Highland) and request an appointment with the Mental Health Clinician for Sexual Assault and Trauma Services. If your situation is an emergency, you may request to be seen immediately. You may be asked to meet with a CAPS Triage counselor if the Mental Health Clinician for Sexual Assault and Trauma Services is not immediately available.
LEGAL SERVICES @ UA
ASUA Student Legal Services (SLS) is a free service offered to all currently enrolled UA students including UA Online, UA South and any other satellite campus students. Students get a thirty-minute consultation with a legal professional. However, if the situation is student-to-student, ASUA Student Legal Services cannot provide consult.
DISABILITY RESOURCE CENTER (DRC)
DRC is the campus department designated by the University to ensure access to University classes, programs and activities for disabled individuals on main campus, UA South, Phoenix campus and UA Online. A goal of the DRC is that your student experience is similar, if not identical, to that of your peers. DRC facilitates access by determining reasonable accommodations or by redesigning aspects of a University experience to be inclusive of all participants.

Provides domestic abuse crisis intervention and housing, prevention, education, support, and advocacy services
Southern Arizona AIDS Foundation Anti-Violence Programs
Works to prevent, respond to and end all forms of violence against and within the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning communities of southern Arizona
Southern Arizona Center Against Sexual Assault (SACASA)
Provides crisis services, advocacy, support, therapy and education for individuals and families impacted by sexual trauma. SACASA provides a safe place for survivors to heal, gain strength, learn coping skills, and develop trusting, caring relationships.
Tucson Medical Center
5301 E. Grant (west of Craycroft)
TMC is equipped with a quiet room, so the survivor does not have to wait in the lobby.
This is the only hospital specifically equipped to provide Medical Forensic exams.
Southern Arizona Legal Aid
SALA's services include legal counseling and advice concerning legal rights and responsibilities, limited services such assistance with completing legal documents, outreach, referrals, self-help clinics and representation in court and in administrative hearings.

We are support you and will not reveal any information related to your immigration status without your permission. Prior to filing a complaint we will work with you to seek counsel from immigration/anti-gender violence lawyer in order to ensure your protection.
